Precision Printed. Rider Tested.
My specialist 3D printed motorcycle parts designed in very small batches for riders who value innovation, fit, and can appreciate the gaps that the products fill when modifying your motorcycle.
Parts Are Printed To Order You Can’t Buy Them Off the Shelf.
I have spent months creating bespoke, purpose-built motorcycle components. I use Autodesk Fusion 360 using advanced 3D printing technology for classic enthusiasts who demand something different.
Please Read Before You Purchase.
When purchasing and installing 3D printed motorcycle parts, it is important to understand both the strengths and limitations of the material. My components are designed to be durable, lightweight, and resistant to everyday wear and environmental exposure. However, unlike traditionally manufactured metal parts, 3D printed polymer-based materials do not offer the same long-term fatigue resistance, impact tolerance, or service life under extreme conditions.
Care should always be taken during installation, handling, and maintenance. Avoid excessive force, overtightening fasteners, or exposing parts to unnecessary stress during fitting. Dropping, bending, or improper installation may compromise the structural integrity of the component.
Road Testing - Proven On My 51 BSA Green Laner.
My YouTube channel will validate that I have had all of these parts fitted for well over two years, and have had no issues whatsoever.
Product Lifecycle.
Most of the products offered for sale here have been through at least three previous iterations. It is very likely that they will continue to evolve and hopefully get better with each version. it is important to note that the parts are printed to order, and are therefore outside the long distance selling regulations. it is imperative that you understand and check they fit your Motorcycle prior to purchasing.
If drilling or modifying parts is required, proceed with caution:
- Use sharp drill bits suitable for plastics/composite materials.
- Drill at low speed with light pressure to reduce heat buildup and prevent cracking or deformation.
- Secure the part properly before drilling to avoid movement or stress fractures.
- Avoid drilling too close to edges or mounting points.
- Always wear appropriate eye protection and safety equipment.
While these parts are manufactured to a high standard and are resilient to normal wear and tear, they should be inspected regularly for signs of fatigue, cracking, or damage, especially on motorcycles exposed to vibration, harsh weather, or aggressive riding conditions. I have regularly inspected the parts I have fitted to my machine with no sign of undue wear. Based on the fact that I ride on green lanes that the parts I print will last several years.
These parts are intended for responsible use only, and proper care will help maximise their lifespan and performance.
Lead Times Once Ordered. I Am Not Amazon.
I will print and serialise your part once ordered within three days of receiving your order. I will then post via tracked Post Office to UK Mainland postcode.
You should resonably expect to receive your order within 10 days of ordering. In the case of the Battery box and lid, it's printing time is in excess of 14hours.
